We are a private company, and have been letting student properties in Jesmond for well over 40 years.
We have houses and flats for groups of between one and nine students, with double beds as standard. All our properties are well-situated close to Osborne Road, transport links and both Newcastle University and Northumbria University.
Many of our student properties are recently refurbished, with a high standard of fittings throughout including washing machines, tumble driers and dishwashers. Plasma TVs are now standard in the majority of our student properties.
All of our properties comply with the universities’ Accreditation Scheme and with council HMO licence regulations.
We have an in-house maintenance team, so that almost every job can be done without the need to wait for contractors.
A vast proportion of our tenancies are through recommendations. Current tenants are happy and let their friends and family know about us.

Jesmond is a popular area of Newcastle, where students have easy access to fantastic facilities. There are many ”student specials” at the local businesses – from discounts in cafes to happy hours in bars.
Jesmond is situated to the north of Newcastle city centre, just a short walk to the shops, nightlife and universities. It is well-served by both buses and the Metro.
